TELLURIDE & THE
SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS

Telluride and the surrounding San Juan Mountains are full of history, culture and spectacular scenery.  Officially Colorado’s largest mountain range, the San Juans are home to some of the most picturesque peaks in the country and are full of opportunities for active and cultural exploration.

Here, you’ll hike by bright turquoise lakes and cascading waterfalls as you gaze at the dramatic and snow-capped high peaks – many of which are over 13,000 feet. As you share days hiking along paths that zig-zag through soft, expansive meadows full of unique flora and fauna, you’ll wander in and out of aspen groves, trees bursting with vibrant oranges and yellows, leaving you completely awe-inspired.

Every day, you’ll eat local, delicious food savoring the fresh farm-to-table cuisine for which Colorado is so famous. From soaking in natural hot springs, to hiking some of the most historic & beautiful trails in the world, to engaging with the friendly communities, to sleeping in locally run hotels, you’ll find this week to be both exhilarating and relaxing at the same time.

You’ll experience the best of Southwest Colorado and we'll never want to leave.

It’s not just about hiking. This trip offers a multitude of pathways to enrich your everyday life & travel experience through cultural, culinary, artistic and historical perspectives.
